We are now looking for a Park Support Officer to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract, working 36 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities- Raise purchase orders and sales invoices, reconcile departmental credit card transactions
- Support the Visitor Support team by responding to queries and complaints using park knowledge
- Assist with park activities including picnics, bandstand use, and events
- Manage office supplies, equipment, incoming and outgoing post

RequirementsTo be considered as a Park Support Officer, you will need:
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above or equivalent)
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience of recording meeting minutes
- Excellent literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to provide a high-quality, customer-focused service
- Salary of £28,864 - £30,500 per annum, depending on experience
- 26 days' annual leave plus public holidays
