Workshop Controller - Wimbledon
Basic Salary - £38,500 - OTE - £46,000 (uncapped). Great Benefits Package.
Job OverviewOur client, a busy franchised dealership in Wimbledon, has a requirement for an experienced Workshop Controller to join their established Aftersales team.
Workshop Controller Responsibilities- Manage Workshop resources in an efficient manner
- Allocation of work to Technicians
- Ensure work is completed to required deadlines
- Quality Check work carried out by Technicians
- Monitor Staff & Workshop Performance
- Ensure HSE policies are adhered to
- Ensure Workshop is clean, tidy and fully operational
Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- 12 months Main Dealer Workshop Controller Experience
- Or an experienced Senior Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager / Service Team Manager who has experience of running the workshop
- Full UK Driving Licence
Basic Salary of £38,500 - On Target Earnings of £46,000 (uncapped). Great Benefits Package.
