Our Client is a car dealership and they're currently seeking an Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Wimbledon area.
Benefits- Competitive basic salary of £55,000 per annum
- Uncapped OTE of approximately £75,000
- Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm
- Saturday mornings on a rota basis
- Opportunities for ongoing training and career progression

- An experienced Aftersales Manager with experience in a franchised dealer
- A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
- Strong Technical knowledge
- An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to success
- Leading the entire Aftersales Team - overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
- Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
- Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
- Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department
Salary: £55,000 basic with a potential OTE of £75,000.
