Are you a Vehicle Mechanic, with 3+ years' experience? Are you a great problem solver? If so, this might be the right role for you! We have an opportunity for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to lead our new Car Supermarket's in-house mechanical team in Watford stocking 1,500+ used cars.

You will be working in our own state-of-the-art workshop. Your focus is on delivering great results with a quality 'First Time Fix'.

• Service, diagnose and repair a fleet of mixed vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards
• Carry out road tests when required to confirm and diagnose correct operation
• Ensure workspace and tools/equipment is maintained to a high standard

• Your own tools
• 3+ years experience as a vehicle technician
• Understand and comply with health and safety standards
• A full and valid Driving Licence

• MOT Tester qualification
• NVQ (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Technology Lvl3+

Pay ranges from £30k-£60k basic, with OTE up to £80k+ Performance bonus.

Other benefits include annual holiday - 28 days.

Two different shifts available:

• Option 1:
  Monday to Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm (30 minute lunch) - Every other Saturday or Sunday
• Option 2:
  Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (30 minute break) - Every other Saturday or Sunday

Overtime available.

Pay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

Additional pay: Performance bonus
