    L&Dleaderstonewwaysofworkingthatdeliverrealoutcomes.
  • Spotcommercialopportunitiesandcollaboratewith Salestogrowaccounts.
  • Anticipateclientneedsandproactivelyreducechurnriskbeforeitarises.
  • Drive adoption,influence behaviours,andensuresolutionsarefullyembedded.
  • Identifyandempowerclientchampionstoincreaseinternalandexternalreferrals.
  • Feedvaluableclientfeedbackintoproductteamstoshapefutureroadmaps.
Main Skills Needed
  • 3-5yearsinclientsuccess,ideally within

    B2BSaaS,HRtechorassessment.
  • Strongcommercialawarenessandabilitytoidentifywherevaluecanbecreated.
  • Confidentworkingacrosstechplatforms,withatrackrecordofturningdataintoactionableinsights.
  • Experience engaging
