Senior Client Relationship Manager - Hybrid Role

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to be the primary face of our VMS programme
. While the Implementation Lead manages the technical rollout, this role is all about client, contractor, and stakeholder engagement
, ensuring smooth adoption, strong relationships, and commercial growth.
Experience with in Insurance, Financial Services, or Banking is highly desirable
, as you will be supporting complex, regulated environments.

What You'll Do
  • Act as the trusted point of contact for the client, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Build strong relationships across Procurement, HR, Operations, Finance, and business units.
  • Handle escalations calmly, protecting programme credibility and confidence.
  • Collaborate with the Implementation Lead and SMEs to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.
  • Drive engagement, support onboarding, and translate technical solutions into clear business value.
  • Identify and embed new opportunities across Talent Solutions, SOW, MSP/RPO, Project & Managed Services, and digital transformation.
  • Support commercial growth with proposals, presentations, and account expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular client contact and onsite presence (2-3 days/week).
  • Facilitate governance meetings and reporting packs.
  • Support supplier performance reviews and vendor optimisation.
  • Map organisational structures to uncover growth areas and stakeholders.
What Success Looks Like
  • Strong, trusted relationships with all client stakeholders.
  • Smooth adoption and engagement with the VMS programme.
  • Expanded adoption of TAPFIN/Experis services across the account.
  • Recognised as the calm, reliable, professional face of the programme.
