Location: City of Westminster

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and commercially astute Business Development Manager to join a forward-thinking commercial print business with a strong reputation for quality, innovation and customer service. Covering the North of England, this role offers genuine autonomy, the chance to shape your territory, and the backing of a highly capable production and account management team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across a wide range of sectors. You will engage with marketing teams, procurement professionals and decision-makers, building long-term relationships and positioning the company as a trusted print partner. From initial contact through to solution design and close, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, supported by an experienced internal team who consistently deliver on promises made.

The successful candidate will thrive on winning new business and will bring a consultative approach to sales, understanding client challenges and translating them into smart, value-driven print solutions. Whether it’s commercial litho, digital print, large format or value-added services, you will be confident presenting the company’s capabilities and demonstrating how they add measurable impact for customers. You will also play a key role in identifying emerging opportunities within the region and feeding market insight back into the wider business.

This position would suit someone with proven experience in commercial print sales who is motivated by growth, autonomy and reward. You will be trusted to manage your own diary, develop your pipeline and maximise revenue across the territory, with realistic targets and a commission structure designed to recognise success. In return, you will join a business that invests in its people, values entrepreneurial thinking and offers clear progression for high performers.

If you are looking for a role where your energy, ideas and ambition will be genuinely valued—and where you can make a real impact across the North of England—this is a chance not to be missed.
