- Lead business analysis to deliver solutions that create real value
- Analyse complex needs and work with stakeholders to define and prioritise outcomes
- Partner with Product Owners, SMEs, and delivery teams to design practical, innovative solutions
- Leverage knowledge of Defined Benefit pensions, including Bulk Purchase Annuities (BPA) and Pension Risk Transfers (PRT), to shape effective solutions
- Provide data-driven insights to guide decisions and highlight key impacts
- Identify risks and support smooth implementation of change initiatives
- Mentor teams to strengthen analytical and problem-solving skills
- Champion best practices for consistent, high-quality outcomes
- Strong experience in Financial Services, specifically pensions, with knowledge of Bulk Purchase Annuities (BPA) or Pension Risk Transfers (PRT)
- Ability to think strategically and analytically to balance priorities and long-term goals
- Skilled at solving complex problems with practical, structured approaches
- Experience in Agile business analysis, solution design, and risk management
- Ability to leverage data to inform decisions and drive improvements
- Clear communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborative and delivery-focused, with a track record of supporting continuous improvement
