Job Title: New Business Manager
Salary: £40-45,000 per annum (plus commission)
Benefits: Competitive Package (including a Company Car)

The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced New Business Manager to drive growth across our UK and Ireland operation. This role is focused entirely on winning new business, from identifying opportunities and opening doors through to negotiation and contract agreement.

Once new business is secured and successfully onboarded, responsibility for ongoing relationship management will be handed over to the Account Management team. This allows the role to remain fully focused on pipeline development and customer acquisition.

The successful candidate will bring strong B2B sales experience, a proactive mindset, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long term value.

What you’ll be doing
  • Identifying, targeting, and securing new customers across the UK
  • Proactively prospecting new markets, segments, and routes to market
  • Managing the full new business sales cycle from initial contact to deal close
  • Building and maintaining a strong and accurate new business pipeline
  • Spotting market trends and untapped growth opportunities
  • Representing our brand professionally and positively in the market
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in B2B new business sales or business development
  • A strong track record of winning new customers and closing deals
  • Confident prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Commercially focused, resilient, and results driven
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, hunter mindset
  • Willingness to travel across the UK, with occasional international travel
