Our Compliance function is growing to support the business as it scales. Future roles will help strengthen our Compliance Management System (CMS), support regulatory obligations, enhance governance, and contribute to a strong compliance culture across the organisation.

• Supporting or leading CMS development and regulatory alignment
• Coordinating regulatory returns, audits, and SMCR updates
• Monitoring and enhancing policies (“Norms”) and compliance controls
• Conduct, sanctions, and regulatory advisory support
• Regulatory change analysis and governance updates
• Risk assessments, monitoring, and CMS maturity work
• Identifying automation and process‑improvement opportunities
