We’re working with a well-established and growing manufacturer of corrugated packaging and temporary retail display solutions to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Manager
.

This business works with leading brands and retailers to deliver impactful, creative in-store display solutions — from FSDUs and counter units to pallet displays and dump bins. With strong operational capability and design expertise behind them, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced new business professional.

The Opportunity

This role is focused on driving new revenue growth across brand owners, FMCG businesses and retail accounts. You’ll take ownership of developing strategic relationships and converting opportunities from brief through to production.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and winning new business within retail and branded environments
  • Building relationships with procurement, marketing and category teams
  • Managing the full sales cycle — from initial concept discussions through to delivery
  • Presenting creative, cost-effective corrugated POS solutions
  • Working closely with internal design and production teams to deliver best‑in‑class outcomes
  • Achieving and exceeding agreed revenue targets
What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with individuals who bring:

  • A proven track record in corrugated retail POS sales
  • Strong understanding of temporary display units (FSDUs, CDUs, pallet displays, dump bins, etc.)
  • Experience selling into FMCG brands, retailers or agencies
  • Commercial awareness and confident negotiation skills
  • A proactive, self‑starting approach with a genuine drive to win new business
