Evaluation and Performance Associate Director

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English skills, and an ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and constructive manner.
• A higher degree or professional qualification in public policy/finance, climate finance, international development, economics or operational research.
• Demonstrable experience of delivering OECD/DAC‑based evaluations, value‑for‑money audits/assessments and/or organisational reviews.
• A genuine interest in international development and working in a multi‑cultural context.
• Demonstrable business development success and experience of managing teams of 3‑7 people and projects lasting from 1 to 24 months.

• Manage teams of junior managers, consultants, and analysts to secure and deliver assignments in the domain of evaluation and value‑for‑money audits.
• Drive business development activities and support IIDA leadership to grow the business.
• Deliver assignments to international donor organisations such as UN organisations, multilateral development banks, EU bodies, government development agencies, and charitable foundations.
• Help organisations improve economic, social and political conditions in numerous countries.
