The TFJB Group is recruiting on behalf of a boutique strategy and advisory consultancy headquartered in the City of London.

Due to continued growth and an expanding client pipeline, our client is looking to hire multiple Graduate Management Consultants to join their London office.

This is a permanent, full-time consulting role based in the City of London.

As a Graduate Management Consultant, you will work directly with Partners and Senior Consultants on live strategy and advisory engagements across sectors including financial services, technology and professional services.

• Market and competitor analysis
• Financial modelling and commercial data analysis
• Supporting commercial due diligence projects
• Strategy development and business case preparation
• Preparing board-level presentations and client reports
• Engaging with senior stakeholders within client organisations

This role offers strong exposure to corporate strategy, advisory and operational improvement projects from day one.

• A minimum 2:1 degree (or international equivalent)
• Strong academic background from a reputable university
• Demonstrated interest in management consulting or corporate strategy
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant internship or work experience preferred
• Candidates must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

• £38,000 – £45,000 base salary
