Join our Commercial & Partnerships team in a pivotal role that keeps our sales engine running at full speed. You’ll support the Head of Sales & Partnerships and the wider sales team by driving efficient, effective day‑to‑day operations that help us hit our revenue goals.

You’ll streamline processes, champion continuous improvement, and support B2B sales activity through accurate sales administration, smooth order‑to‑invoice coordination, and clear contributions to forecasting. Working closely with Finance Business Partners, you’ll help ensure everything flows seamlessly.

You’ll also oversee the contracting process and maintain a consistent, commercially focused approach to managing suppliers, customer data, and internal stakeholders.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who loves operational excellence and wants to make a direct impact on commercial performance.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Sales Operations Manager to power the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales & Partnerships team. You’ll lead a sales support team to ensure our sales processes, CRM, reporting, contracting and order‑to‑cash workflows run smoothly, accurately and on time.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Keep Salesforce and sales data clean, reliable and insight‑driven
  • Deliver forecasting, pipeline reporting and performance dashboards
  • Oversee contract administration, due diligence and compliance
  • Partner closely with Finance, Marketing and Membership teams
  • Streamline processes and champion continuous improvement
  • Enable the sales team to focus on selling by removing operational blockers

We’re looking for someone who’s analytical, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders. If you thrive on creating clarity, improving systems and making sales teams flourish, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note:

if you are an internal applicant, Pay Policy will apply.
