Process CoE - Process Architect

The Process Architect is responsible for the proactive development and enhancement of end-to-end processes within the organization. This role involves monitoring process performance, prioritizing investments, and driving implementation initiatives. The Process Architect will collaborate regularly with stakeholders to identify pain points and uncover new opportunities for process improvement.

• Establish end-to-end process vision and develop a clear process roadmap, translating strategic objectives into operational goals and staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Monitor process performance, provide governance for process adoption, and align improvements with business demand.
• Evaluate and prioritize process improvement opportunities focused on reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and maximizing returns on investment; collaborate with the Center of Excellence and Value Consultants to develop business cases.
• Develop process playbooks, conduct training sessions for functional users (including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training), facilitate design workshops to map current and future workflows, and coordinate user testing with configuration teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Process Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Knowledgeable in the application of Automation and AI within process areas.

• Strategic thinking and organizational influence.
• In-depth understanding of core business processes within relevant functional areas.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement and business process management.
• Effective communication, training, negotiation, and issue resolution skills.
• Stakeholder management and facilitation proficiency.
