- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the construction sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Lead Generation and actioning.
- Client Meetings & Meeting Reports
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client requirements and candidate selection.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development.
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development, preferably within the construction sector.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and its specific recruitment needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
