KEY DUTIES

• Evolve research strategy, shape team culture, drive innovation; ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives.
• Lead pricing, proposals, revenue growth; partner on forecasting, craft strategic commercial narratives with senior leadership.
• Cultivate senior client relationships, champion operational excellence, refine workflows, mentor team to uphold research best practice.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Deep expertise in ad effectiveness and cross-media research with strong digital and commercial credentials.
• Strategic, financially literate leader balancing growth and efficiency; confident navigating ambiguity and complex environments.
• Exceptional communicator and influencer; builds strong relationships, stays calm under pressure, energised by leadership challenges.
