Day to day
These are the types of things you can expect to be doing during your day to day, although as Ipsos is a dynamic organisation, this may vary as different opportunities arise:
- Taking a lead in account management with a focus on developing existing client relationships and getting involved in growing the business.
- Working with, and leading, key account teams to ensure client needs are met through successful delivery of high-quality fieldwork, accurate and timely data, powerful insights and recommendations, as well as ongoing project developments.
- Take active leadership for revenue generation and driving commercial success, e.g., by signing-off small proposals or contributing to larger ones to win new business and/or looking for opportunities to develop client accounts.
- Ensure the profitability of projects or elements of projects for which you are responsible.
- Working closely with clients to ensure you fully understand their business, motivations and the impact of your work. Through building great relationships you’ll use your knowledge to contribute towards winning new business and growing existing accounts.
- Along with a Director, you’ll lead project teams here in the UK. Part of your responsibility will include managing and motivating the project teams to ensure efficient and profitable research execution, alongside line management and development of junior members of the team. You’ll also have active involvement in the recruitment of new team members.

This role offers hybrid working from our London office 3 days per week and the rest from home.
