Insights Client Success Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver “Client Success” for a portfolio of strategically important CPG clients, ensuring high satisfaction, engagement, and commercial impact.
• Build and grow senior‑level relationships across client organisations, acting as a trusted advisor and champion of insight‑led decision‑making.
• Lead collaboration with retailer stakeholders to unlock joint value creation across relevant categories.
• Develop strategic insight briefs aligned to client goals and present actionable recommendations with impact.
• Identify and support commercial growth opportunities through upselling, cross‑selling, and value‑based engagement.
• Lead a small Client Success team, providing coaching, guidance, and oversight of their client portfolios.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally across dunnhumby to ensure seamless delivery of high‑quality solutions.
• Support the Client Success Manager in driving best practice, thought leadership, and continuous improvement across the wider team.
• Take ownership of your personal development and support the growth of others, while upholding our values and Code of Business Conduct.
