Client Engagement Consultant - Management Consulting Market

Consulting Point works with consulting firms worldwide on senior hiring across strategy, transformation and specialist advisory disciplines. For more than 20 years we have built long term relationships with consulting leaders and support them with critical senior hires across international markets.

We are hiring Consultants and Senior Consultants into our London office to focus on client engagement and commercial development within the consulting sector.

This is a commercial role suited to people who enjoy business development, relationship building and working closely with senior stakeholders.

From our London office near Bank you will spend much of your time engaging with senior leaders across consulting firms internationally.

The focus of the role is to build relationships, develop opportunities and convert dialogue into live search mandates.

• Build relationships with consulting leaders across global markets
• Identify new commercial opportunities and convert them into live assignments
• Maintain regular dialogue with clients and candidates across the consulting sector
• Work closely with colleagues on live searches and client delivery
• Stay close to market developments and hiring trends within consulting

The role combines commercial outreach with hands‑on involvement in live search work.

Senior Consultants will take ownership of larger client relationships and more complex international assignments.

This role suits people who are commercially minded and comfortable with proactive outreach.

You should enjoy speaking with senior professionals, developing long term relationships and turning conversations into opportunities.

We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in:

• Recruitment or executive search
• Professional services sales
• Business development roles within consulting or financial services

Strong communication skills, resilience and commercial awareness are essential.

Senior Consultant realistic earnings: £100k+
