Our London studio is searching for a talented Client Manager to join our growing team, supporting the successful day-to-day running of projects while building strong relationships with clients and team members alike.

About the Role

As a Client Manager, you will work as part of the client services team in partnership with the Senior Client Manager and Client Director. You will be responsible for the successful day-to-day running of projects whilst building strong relationships with clients and team members alike.

Client Facing
  • Organising and attending client meetings, creating and contributing to presentations, and ensuring meeting notes are distributed in a timely manner.
  • Acting as a key point of contact within the agency for multiple projects, converting relationships into meaningful partnerships.
  • Managing client expectations through ongoing dialogue and honest discussions.
  • Responding to client needs and requests while balancing excellent service with agency needs.
  • Being flexible, adaptable to circumstances, and proposing solutions with ease.
  • Negotiating simple fee and timing discussions with senior team support.
  • Overseeing the timely distribution of agendas, contact reports, status reports, timelines, and other client‑facing documentation.
  • Presenting and discussing briefs, feedback, proposals, and financials with the client team.
  • Discussing industry, category, and market trends to provide ideas and inspiration to grow the client’s business.
  • Continuously seeking new opportunities and relationships.
Within the Client Services Team
  • Reporting to the Client Director on a day‑to‑day basis while supporting the wider team as required.
  • Managing the delivery of design projects and workflow to meet client timelines and budgets at the highest standard.
  • Leading day‑to‑day project deliverables from initial briefing through the artwork process and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Developing realistic project timelines and detailed proposals that meet client needs.
  • Maintaining accurate Screen dragon records.
  • Assisting with weekly billings, forecasting, and client purchase orders.
  • Conducting desktop research for brief content, audits, presentations, and pitches.
  • Learning from Client Directors and Senior Client Directors to grow relationships and broaden discipline understanding.
Within the Broader Team
  • Positively contributing to the agency culture.
  • Building collaborative bonds with the wider Bulletproof team.
  • Providing clear, actionable feedback within critiques and briefings supported by rationale and grounded in the brief.
  • Organising and managing individual project wash‑ups.
  • Utilising proprietary strategic tools to build stronger briefs.
  • Working closely with production to deliver artwork and guidelines.
  • Proactively generating ideas to inspire the wider team.
  • Following Bulletproof processes to deliver best‑practice ways of working.
  • Assisting in developing and delivering client presentations, pitch presentations, and new business proposals when required.
What You Should Have
  • Relevant design agency experience, ideally managing FMCG clients.
  • Ability to forge strong relationships through excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Well‑informed and reliable, able to foresee potential problems and propose solutions.
  • Positive and calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Clear understanding of the design industry with a willingness to continue learning.
  • Proactive identification and leveraging of opportunities with clients.
