Digital Samples Assistant

Burberry is looking for a skilled Digital Samples Assistant to join our team.

• Ensure seamless planning and execution of digital samples for Burberry.
• Establish and adhere to shoot deadlines, ensuring every stage of the Digital Samples planning process is delivered with precision and efficiency.
• Support across all divisions when needed, while primarily focusing on one division.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, e‑commerce, and studio production, to ensure that studio sets meet the high brand standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day shoot operations, support the studio, and update sets.
• Manage the shoot list process from sourcing samples, deciding priority products, and creating shoots in the content management tool Flo.
• Work closely with the in‑house styling team on all shoots, seasonal styling and sample requirements.
• Work with product teams to become a product expert in your division.
• Build relationships and liaise with key stakeholders daily, including Product Development, Merchandising, Press, Styling, and Showroom.
• Request, source, and track product from various locations—showrooms, press, PD, merch, and Burberry warehouse.
• Compile and maintain information on all products in Flo.
• Attend Change In Production meetings and use the information to determine materials ready/not ready for shoot.
• Work on key initiatives such as runway, festive gifting, seasonal look books and compile documents with key information.
• Manage sample movements using Flo and SAP.
• Gather and maintain strong product knowledge for the allocated division.
• Keep open communication with management to ensure the highest completion percentage each month.
• Maintain flexibility to work between Burberry HQ and Chatham Place.

• Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, pressured environment.
• Product or studio experience is a plus.
