Job Overview
Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of business change activities that enable clients to adopt new ways of working. Work closely with client stakeholders, project teams, and CGI colleagues to assess change impacts, develop tailored change strategies, and deliver engaging communications, training and stakeholder engagement activities that support successful transformation.
Facilitate workshops, advise clients on governance and change approaches, and monitor progress and effectiveness of change initiatives. Proactively manage risks and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Contribute to business development activities by supporting bids, proposals and client opportunities.
Responsibilities- Lead and deliver business change activities across transformation programmes.
- Assess and advise on change impacts, governance, and organisational readiness.
- Design and facilitate engaging workshops and stakeholder sessions.
- Develop and deliver communication, training and change adoption strategies.
- Monitor and improve change plans, stakeholder engagement and delivery outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and barriers to successful adoption.
- Collaborate and coach colleagues to promote continuous learning and high‑quality delivery.
- Support and grow CGI's business by contributing to bids, proposals and client opportunities.
- Proven experience delivering business change across complex transformation programmes or projects.
- Strong knowledge of at least two recognised change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, CCMP, Kotter, PCI).
- Good understanding of both Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.
- Experience conducting change impact assessments and developing change plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation and communication abilities.
- Experience delivering communications, training and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Ability to identify and manage delivery risks and issues.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience contributing to bids, proposals or wider business development activities is desirable.
- Eligibility for or possession of UK Security Clearance.
