Position: Compensation Consultant – 12 month FTC
Location: City Of London

We are currently working with a prestigious financial services client based in the City who’s on the lookout for a talented Compensation Manager. This is a fantastic 4-‑6 month interim assignment with an immediate start, requiring a commitment of 4 days per week in their central London office.

Key Responsibilities

Implementing processes to enhance efficiency within the team and supporting the compensation and benefits strategy
Overseeing the annual compensation review and budgeting process
Leading reward projects, including research, analysis, and developing recommendations
Driving forward operational and strategic reward initiatives in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders
Ensuring benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals
