Job Overview
Service Resolution Manager – Fixed term contract until March 2027, based in Hale Village, London, N17.
Salary: £40,757 per annum plus up to 5% performance related bonus.
Closing date: 19 Jul 2026.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve complaints from residents in a quick, reliable, and transparent manner.
- Provide a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with a wide range of people to support and empathise with customers.
- Interpret statistical information to ensure budgets are maintained and deadlines are achieved.
- Experience in service delivery and problem solving.
- Proven success in complaint handling and resolution.
- Strong customer‑focused mindset.
- Confidence when working with a range of IT systems and specialist packages.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 27 days holiday (prorated).
