Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: £55,000-£65,000 + Bonus

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will get the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across client organisations to identify opportunities for process improvement, gather and analyse data, and elicit business requirements.
• Play a key role in driving business transformation initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery through robust analysis, effective communication, and proactive stakeholder management.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams to align objectives, define solutions, and support informed decision making.

Experience you’ll need as a Senior Business Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis role
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in running successful workshops
• High-level awareness of a variety of IT software development methods.
• Security Clearance: SC eligibility preferred

The Senior Business Analyst package:

• Base Salary- £55,000-£65,000
