Job Description

Lead Product Manager (Permanent | London (Hybrid) | Digitas UK)

We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to play a central role in shaping and delivering high-impact digital products for leading brands. This is an opportunity to bring product thinking to life—connecting strategy, design, and technology to create meaningful outcomes for clients and their customers. You’ll work at the heart of multidisciplinary teams, helping define what to build, why it matters, and how it delivers real value.

If you enjoy turning complex challenges into clear, impactful solutions, this role offers both influence and scope.

Responsibilities
  • Lead product strategy and delivery across complex digital products, services, and transformation programmes
  • Define and champion a clear product vision aligned to user needs, client goals, and commercial outcomes
  • Own and evolve product roadmaps, ensuring priorities are transparent and focused on measurable impact
  • Guide teams through discovery, delivery, and optimisation, supporting continuous improvement
  • Translate business, user, and technical inputs into clear product requirements and delivery plans
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, enabling confident decision-making and alignment
  • Support growth opportunities through product storytelling, proposal development, and solution shaping
Qualifications
  • Experience leading product initiatives in digital, technology, agency, or client-facing environments
  • Ability to bring together strategy, user insight, and technical considerations into clear direction
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery and optimisation
  • Confidence working with multidisciplinary teams and engaging a range of stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness, with an ability to connect product decisions to business value
  • Clear communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity
  • A collaborative, curious mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement
Benefits

We offer a range of core benefits, including Pension, Life Assurance, and Private Medical cover, as well as enhanced policies such as Reflection Days and Shared Parental Leave. Additional initiatives are available upon joining.

Equal Opportunities

Digitas is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of society and does not discriminate on grounds of race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation or gender identity.
