We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical professional to join our team, with a focus on transforming complex data into compelling stories that drive decision-making and business impact. This role requires a strong blend of commercial awareness, advanced data literacy, and change leadership, with a passion for delivering insights that shape strategy, performance, and organisational transformation.
As a Senior Operations Analyst you will:- Translate complex data into clear, engaging, and actionable insights to support operational and business decision-making.
- Leverage SQL, ETL processes, and data visualisation tools to extract, transform, and analyse data, enabling accurate reporting and insight-driven recommendations.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations that communicate key performance trends and business outcomes.
- Support the monitoring and interpretation of market trends, consumer behaviour, and business performance to identify opportunities and risks.
- Build an understanding of the fashion and retail landscape to provide context for performance analysis and decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reporting, and operational performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making across the business.
- Proven ability to tell stories with data — turning analytics into narratives that influence and inspire action.
- Strong commercial acumen with up-to-date knowledge of fashion and retail industry trends.
- Experience driving business change and guiding stakeholders through periods of transformation.
- Demonstrated history of leveraging data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data analysis platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with ETL processes and strong working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally and influence at all levels.
