Associate Salesforce Product Manager

Overview

Product Associate, Salesforce team – JP Morgan Personal Investing. Contribute to product development and optimization through user research and stakeholder feedback to create innovative products and improve existing offerings for internal customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the platform’s future and drive ongoing success.

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities reflecting stakeholder needs through ongoing discovery.
• Support collection of user research and business process mapping to inform the strategic product roadmap and identify features that add value to stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end delivery of features and contribute to key initiatives.
• Consider and plan upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall platform experience.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
• Act as a scrum master to coordinate sprint activities for the delivery team.
• Coordinate and participate in peer and business testing to ensure new solutions meet requirements and are production-ready.
• Support and train end-users to maximize the platform’s capabilities and adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assist with broader Salesforce initiatives and improvements.
• Participate in release and change management activities, ensuring compliance with the firm’s risk, controls, and regulatory standards.
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics across the product development life cycle.
• Configure complex reports and dashboards to enhance service operations.
• Demonstrate experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Demonstrate proficiency in knowledge of the product development life cycle and lifecycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Show exposure to operational management and change readiness work streams.
• Develop knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Leverage previous experience with the Salesforce platform (Administrator or Consultant) including reporting & dashboards, standard data model and object relationships, security model, and sales & service cloud capabilities.

• Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Preferred:
  Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Excellent understanding of standard Salesforce object relationships (e.g., Person Accounts, Activities, Opportunities) and the standard sharing model (role hierarchy, sharing rules, permission sets).
