Role Summary
AI is one of Property Finder's top bets, but realizing its value requires cross‑functional orchestration across product, engineering, commercial, and marketing. The role is to drive AI use‑cases end‑to‑end: owning the roadmap, delivery, and go‑to‑market that turns high‑value use cases into measurable impact across how the company sells, serves its customers, and operates.
Responsibilities- Own the AI transformation roadmap for the company, prioritizing use cases and driving consensus across key stakeholders.
- Translate opportunities into clearly scoped initiatives with defined success metrics, owners, and timelines.
- Maintain a sharp view of the company's priorities, ensuring AI initiatives are sequenced against the problems that matter most.
- Drive the end‑to‑end delivery of AI products and agents—including conversational and voice agents, AI‑generated client narratives, and internal/external product‑ized tools—from build through testing, go‑live, and iteration.
- Set quality and performance bars (accuracy targets, latency, conversation quality), define test cases and acceptance criteria for go‑live.
- Run disciplined launch governance, including mandatory Go/No‑Go decisions, milestone calendaring, and structured course‑correction when risks surface.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to unblock delivery, and manage external AI vendors and partners against scope, cost, and quality.
- Design and execute the GTM for AI products—defining target segments, decision‑maker outreach, launch sequencing, and enablement.
- Build supporting assets and operating model for rollout: sales scripts, communication templates, support flows, manuals, and beta framing.
- Coordinate sales leaders, business consultants, and client‑facing teams through structured testing and launch, establishing feedback loops to capture qualitative and quantitative outcomes from clients.
- Define and track metrics that prove value—adoption, accuracy, ROI, token/cost efficiency, downstream commercial impact—and instrument initiatives so impact is measurable.
- Consolidate stakeholder and client feedback into trackers and structured reviews that drive the next iteration.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes through concise, “so‑what”‑focused updates to senior leadership and the executive team, running a regular check‑in cadence on the AI agenda.
- Act as the connective layer across Strategy, Product, Engineering, Commercial, and external partners, aligning them around shared goals and timelines.
- Influence and align senior stakeholders, sequencing the right people into the right decisions at the right time.
- Coach and direct junior team members and contributors supporting AI work streams, raising the bar on execution quality across the group.
- 5‑6 years of experience in a high‑performance environment (top‑tier consulting + strategy, product, or AI/technology), with a track record of shipping initiatives to outcomes.
- Prior work in software engineering is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end: structuring ambiguous problems, driving execution, and managing risk and stakeholders to a result.
- Strong fluency with applied AI—a practical understanding of LLMs, agents, and AI product workflows, and the judgment to know where AI does and does not create value.
- Experience driving go‑to‑market or commercial rollout, ideally with client‑facing or sales stakeholders.
- Comfort with data: able to define metrics, work with data to diagnose and decide, and build a compelling, insight‑led business case.
- Excellent storytelling and executive communication—able to build crisp narratives and presentations for senior and executive audiences.
- Ability to work with and influence people at all levels of the organization, and to direct or coach others on delivery.
- Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with an eye for detail.
DUBAI‑BASED ROLE. Relocation would be required but with a highly competitive, tax‑free salary package.
