Job Overview
As a Business Strategy Consultant, you will lead large‑scale technology‑enabled transformation programmes that help clients modernise their organisations, improve business performance, and realise measurable value.
Key Responsibilities- Lead & deliver large‑scale technology‑enabled transformation programmes from strategy through implementation.
- Advise & influence C‑suite executives on business strategy, operating models, digital transformation, and organisational change.
- Shape & develop enterprise business cases, investment strategies, transformation roadmaps, and value realisation frameworks.
- Drive & grow client relationships by identifying opportunities, leading sales pursuits, and developing compelling proposals.
- Lead & inspire multidisciplinary consulting teams, providing coaching, mentoring and professional development.
- Establish & maintain high delivery standards, governance and consulting best practices across engagements.
- Innovate & improve consulting methodologies, embrace emerging technologies and contribute to intellectual property development.
- Collaborate & contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, capability development and knowledge sharing.
- Extensive experience leading complex technology‑enabled transformation programmes and enterprise‑wide change initiatives.
- Strong consulting background within a recognised consulting organisation.
- Proven experience developing business strategies, investment cases, transformation roadmaps and value realisation frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to influence C‑suite executives and senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, enterprise architecture, organisational design, business process optimisation and change management.
- Experience leading, developing and mentoring multidisciplinary consulting teams.
- Proven success supporting business development, account growth and strategic sales pursuits.
- Relevant professional certifications in business strategy, programme delivery, business architecture, change management or technology disciplines.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Management or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and executive presentation skills.
Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible for clearance. This is a hybrid position.
