Technology Brand Manager

Overview

Brand Manager within the Technology division at Harrods in Knightsbridge. Fully on‑site, 5 days a week.

• Own the in‑store execution of the brand, ensuring every touchpoint reflects its innovation, precision and global standards.
• Create engaging, memorable experiences through expert storytelling and a highly personalised approach, bringing the brand’s ecosystem to life for every customer.
• Maintain exceptional visual and operational standards, ensuring the space consistently delivers a premium, seamless environment.
• Lead performance by developing client relationships, coaching team members and collaborating with key stakeholders to maximise results.
• Use data, insights and commercial awareness to identify opportunities for growth, refine strategies and ensure the category continues to perform at the highest level.
