The Planning & Allocation Manager has the ability to influence both peers and leaders. They will be accountable for analysis of in-season business and the development of future financial strategies that support financial goals. Through their analysis and development of financial strategies, they will collaborate with Merchandising, Planning and Inventory & Allocation with a key focus on In-Region Inventory movement and analysis for UK & Europe.

• Partner with International merchants and planning on strategy, building targets, KPIs, markdown strategy, optimize sell-through and forward planning
• Develop weekly sales analysis at the style and style/color level based on both trend and historical performance to provide feedback on in-season inventory management. Analyze the business performance and make recommendations that will maximize sales, profitability, inventory turn and mitigate risk
• Improve capabilities around analytics, conclusions, recommendations, to assist in driving key milestone meetings for the international business
• Build strong partnerships with global peers to ensure consistency of strategy and tools, share best practices and foster a result-oriented, innovative environment
• Continue to evolve regional Inventory processes and tools to meet the needs of a dynamic market environment, driving efficiency and performance
• Ownership of in-region store allocation and inventory management between our Full Price and Outlet locations

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations, business, or supply chain or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• 7+ years of retail planning, inventory management, financial planning and / or production planning experience.
• Excellent technical skills in Microsoft Excel and/or related planning, finance or analytical systems.
• Great business influence skills. Role is highly influential and requires input from various teams to be successful.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, grow performance capabilities, and handle shifting priorities - able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to identify and influence critical stakeholders, proactively problem solve, and recommend solutions.
• Extremely strong communication and presentation skills concisely present complex information and recommendations in terms meaningful to a variety of audiences.
