A well known university based in London is seeking to recruit a Business Analyst on a permanent basis to start asap paying between £40K - £48K p.a + generous pension + good benefits.
The role is hybrid, being typically onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday weekly
.
- Traditional BA responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding business needs and translating them into deliverable requirements.
- Bridging the gap between what stakeholders think they need and what the business actually requires.
- Typical projects:
- College mergers.
- CRM replacements/upgrades.
- Platform implementations.
- Business change and transformation initiatives.
- AI and innovation:
- Interest in exploring Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Adoption and capability are still relatively early-stage.
