Ryder Reid is seeking a Legal Operations Manager in London to partner with the Head of Legal Operations and drive operational excellence within the Financial Institutions division. The role focuses on efficiency, collaboration, resource optimisation, and embedding firm-wide projects.
The successful candidate will lead process improvements, manage joiners/leavers and secondees, and work closely with practice group leaders and business services teams. 3/4 days per week in the London office.
