As we continue to expand our presence in the United Kingdom, we are looking for an Executive Operations Manager to join our London office.

About the Role

As Executive Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient execution of operational priorities and business initiatives within the London office.

Working closely with the Country Head, you will coordinate cross-functional activities, drive project delivery, and ensure that operational processes support the continued growth of the UK business. You will bring structure, visibility, and momentum to initiatives by aligning stakeholders, tracking progress, and removing operational obstacles.

Success in this role requires exceptional organisation, strong project management skills, sound commercial judgement, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key business initiatives from approved concept through to successful delivery.
  • Translate strategic initiatives set by the Country Head into clear action plans, roadmaps, milestones, and timelines.
  • Coordinate local projects, including office development, relocation activities, new processes, and operational initiatives.
  • Track project progress, dependencies, risks,budgets and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time , within scope, budget, and agreed quality standards.
  • Provide regular and structured progress updates to the Country Head.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as a central coordination point across UK and global functions
  • Coordinate collaboration between Finance, Legal, Office Management, Operations, and other relevant teams.
  • Translate requests from Global HQ into clear and practical tasks for the local team.
  • Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and escalation risks or delays.
  • Consolidate information and prepare reports, presentations, and decision-making materials for the Country Head and senior management.
Office Operations
  • Ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the London office.
  • Oversee office infrastructure, IT services, security, logistics, workplace services, and general operational requirements.
  • Coordinate office vendors and service providers, including procurement, contract administration, performance monitoring, and service delivery.
  • Ensure the office is prepared for team growth, new employees, business visits, meetings, and internal events.
  • Maintain clear operational procedures, checklists, service standards, and escalation processes.
  • Identify operational risks and implement preventive measures.
Experience
  • Proven experience in Business Operations, Executive Operations, Project Management, Office Operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably within Fin Tech, proprietary trading, financial services, technology, or another high-growth industry.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting a Country Head, General Manager, or another senior business leader.
  • Practical experience in vendor management, procurement, tenders, and SLA monitoring.
  • Understanding of the UK business environment and local service market.
  • Experience supporting a new or rapidly growing office would be an advantage.
