Park Hyatt London River Thames is seeking a Groups & Events Planning Executive to orchestrate seamless experiences for group and event clients from contract to delivery. You will coordinate group accommodation, prepare orders and invoices, and upsell where appropriate, while ensuring luxury standards.
You will work closely with Sales, Food & Beverage and Rooms to ensure flawless execution, attend client meetings and show rounds, and represent the Park Hyatt brand throughout the planning journey.
