Corporate Services Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to support the Head of Corporate Services in maintaining a safe, functional, and compliant office environment in our fast-paced fintech company. This is an exciting and varied role, involving overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring health and safety standards are met, coordinating repairs, and responding swiftly to maintenance emergencies.

* Please note that this role is fully office-based in our London office*

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for facilities-related queries and issues, resolving them in a timely manner.

• Co-ordinate and manage external contractors for maintenance services, including lighting, electrical, plumbing, PAT Testing, HVAC, pest control, fabric works, coffee and vending services.

• Manage onsite contractor works, coordinating projects and sourcing quotations as required.

• Ensure all compliance works are completed on time, including relevant risk assessments and method statements (RAMs).

• Overseeing the day-to-day Health and Safety and contractor work.

• Assist with Health and Safety audits.

• Co-ordinate and manage internal desk moves.
