AI Product Manager

Company Overview

Role Overview

• Identify and prioritise AI opportunities aligned to business objectives
• Build business cases and define success metrics for AI initiatives
• Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps
• Assess feasibility, risks and dependencies before development begins
• Balance commercial outcomes, user needs and technical constraints
• Help organisations move beyond proof-of-concepts towards production-ready solutions

Tools & Technologies (Required)

• Product management frameworks and methodologies
• OpenAI, Anthropic or similar AI platforms
• Jira, Confluence, Notion or equivalent
• Analytics and reporting tools
• User research and discovery techniques

Experience (Required)

• Experience launching AI-enabled products
• Exposure to Agentic AI workflows
• Understanding of AI governance considerations
• Experience working with engineering and data teams
• Experience with in regulated or data-rich environments is advantageous

• Comfortable operating between business and technical teams
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
• Able to prioritise competing requirements
• Grounded in practical delivery rather than AI theory
• Focused on measurable business outcomes
