enterprise change and

. You'll play a key role in shaping how project delivery capabilities are structured and governed across a complex business environment.

You will lead the assessment of the current PM/PMO operating model, design a future-state

Target Operating Model, and develop a

practical implementation roadmap
.

• Analysing

PM and PMO activities
, roles, capabilities and capacity

• Identifying opportunities for standardisation, automation and improved assurance
• Defining organisational design principles and future-state structures
• Working closely with

HR and senior stakeholders across change functions

• Building a clear, evidence-based

TOM and implementation plan

NEED strong financial services background (multiple assignments)

organisational design and

• Strong understanding of

Project Management and PMO functions

• Experience conducting

role mapping
, capability assessments and workforce analysis

Consulting or professional services background, ideally within change and transformation

• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Ability to influence senior leaders and translate complex challenges into practical solutions
