• Delivering accurate forecasting, pricing and demand modelling to maximise revenue and profitability
• Strengthening market share through competitive analysis and positioning
• Using BI tools to shape clear, actionable commercial insight
• Optimising rate and inventory across all channels
• Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Managing and supporting a team of Regional Revenue Managers to deliver best:in:class performance

• Strong multi:property revenue management experience
• Confidence with revenue systems and analytical tools
• Solid grasp of competitive market trends and market share strategy
• Experience with IDeaS, Opera Cloud PMS and channel management platforms
• Strong communication and relationship:building skills
• A driven, energetic and curious approach to commercial performance
• Experience using BI tools to turn data into insight
• Enough credibility in revenue management to influence senior stakeholders
