Strategy Associate - £100,000 - £120,000 base + bonus + equity – London, 5 days in office

Do you want to join a fast-growing, investor-backed Insur Tech in London transforming the industry through AI and technology?

We’re looking for a Strategy Associate to sit at the intersection of Claims, Operations, Product and Data, helping turn a rapidly scaling operation into a more efficient, measurable and scalable business.

This is a highly visiable ownership role for someone who can turn ambiguity into process, use data to drive decisions, challenge senior stakeholders and influence how products are built and adopted.

What you'll do

  • Turn complex or inefficient processes into clear, scalable ways of working across claims operations.
  • Define and use operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, measure performance and drive better decisions.
  • Work closely with Product to translate real operational challenges into effective product decisions and improvements.
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of new processes, systems and product features, influencing teams without direct authority.
  • Provide clear, actionable insight to senior stakeholders and support client communication throughout onboarding and beyond.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years' experience across Operations, Strategy, Product Operations or a similar role, ideally within a Fin Tech, Insur Tech, start-up or high-growth environment.
  • Strong process improvement and analytical skills, with confidence working with data, spreadsheets and dashboards.
  • A proven ability to build processes from scratch, rather than simply operate within existing ones.
  • Someone who can challenge senior stakeholders, ask the right questions and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong product mindset, with the ability to understand operational problems and translate them into practical product improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with clients.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high level of ownership.

What success looks like

You'll help establish clear claims processes, define meaningful operational metrics, provide actionable insight to Product, accelerate the rollout and adoption of new features, and ultimately improve client delivery.

This is a full-time, on-site role in London, 5 days a week. It’s an all-hands-on-deck environment where you'll have genuine ownership and the opportunity to help shape the way the business operates as it continues to scale.
