LEGO Group in London seeks a Senior Manager, Channel Excellence to drive strategy and execution with regional online retailers in Western Europe. This fixed-term role centers on building category plans with key customers, enabling JBP processes, and strengthening CX collaboration across markets.
You will partner with CX leaders and KAMs to translate shopper insights into category actions, while leading agile experiments and regional channel initiatives. Hybrid work, 3 days in the office.
