Senior Analyst - Asset & Portfolio Strategy

I'm partnering with a growing life sciences consultancy that is looking to hire a Senior Analyst to support its Asset & Portfolio Strategy practice.

This team works with leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organisations to answer some of their most critical strategic questions, helping clients make informed investment decisions across products, portfolios, and therapeutic areas. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, high-impact strategic projects, and excellent opportunities for development within a growing consultancy.

Typical project work includes:

• Portfolio strategy and optimisation
• Asset prioritisation and investment decision support
• Product and franchise growth strategy
• Business case development
• Opportunity assessments and market attractiveness analysis
• Commercial strategy across the product lifecycle

We're looking for:

• 2-4 years of experience within life sciences consulting, healthcare consulting, or a related strategy environment
• Exposure to portfolio, brand, commercial, corporate, or product strategy engagements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex business questions
• Experience supporting project work streams and developing client-ready analyses and recommendations
• Excellent communication skills and an interest in working closely with clients
• A passion for solving strategic challenges within the healthcare and life sciences sector
