Due to our continued success, we are expanding our team and looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to join our growing Pixi family.

Role

Description:

To assist the Marketing Operations team with the day-to-day administrative management of the global operations marketing program from July 2026 - July 2027. Enabling the continued accuracy of assembly and shipping of our PR program.

Key

Job Responsibilities:

Track Inbound shipments for the program and keep the timelines update, reporting back any discrepancies to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager.
Reviewing timelines for future events and ensuring management team are aware of priorities.
Assisting with the shipping of QC test for program launches, tracking deliveries to head offices and documenting approvals
Creating assembly specs for new programs and sending to warehouses for assembly quotes.
Keeping track of assembly builds executed on time, escalating to Senior Marketing Operations Manager, if any delays.
Assist with courier confirmation. CI’s and any necessary paperwork for shipping.
Visiting warehouses to review and confirm quality of assembly builds.
End of project reporting to review remaining inventory and gap analysis.
Scouting for new ambassadors to be added to our program
Sourcing of Swag and packaging materials.
Support the ops team in year-end process. (Project based)

Requirements:

Must have an eye for detail, superborganisationalskills and administrative abilities.
Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Operations or a similar field
Excellent communication skills.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Willingness to learn and have a positive team player attitude.
Ability to perform under pressure.
