Job DescriptionThe Position:
The primary role of an Associate Consultant is to support engagements by driving the research and fact-gathering process,analysing and synthesising findings, and developing deliverables for clients. Associate Consultants work across practices as generalists and are staffed on projects that vary in industry, scope, and length, offering exceptional early exposure to diverse consulting engagements.
As an Associate Consultant, you will:
Have direct and immediate client-facing access
Hands-on mentoring from, and access to, senior-level leadership
Distil actionable and meaningful insights from research using relevant quantitative techniques and appropriate analytical frameworks
Effectively communicate our conclusions directly to clients through impactful, creative presentations
Be supported by an unparalleled group of peers and leaders throughout each engagement
QualificationsThe Essentials for Success:
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement at the university level. Prior relevant internship or project-based work experience in strategy consulting or market research is highly desirable. You must be naturally curious and self-motivated, able to prioritize effectively, and equipped with strong business acumen and analytical skills. Our Associate Consultants are expected to be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively, and bring excellent communication skills, confidence, and a 'can-do' attitude.
Required:
BA or BSc, in 2027 from an accredited university. Targeted majors include Business, Economics, Engineering, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, and Science, though we remain open to other disciplines
Demonstrated success in gathering primary and secondary research through a range of research methodologies
Relevant internships are a plus
Exceptional analytical skills; experience working with large datasets and modelling
Initiative-taking: exhibiting flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed
Comfort with ambiguity: ability to synthesise implications and triangulate from various data sources
