Primary Care Business Development Lead

Join London Medical Associates, West London GP Federation, in a senior leadership role that will help shape the future of primary care across West London. As Primary Care Business Development Lead, you will identify new opportunities, develop innovative services and support Primary Care Networks (PCNs) to deliver high-quality care king across the NHS, local partners, research organisations and community providers, you will play a key role in translating strategic ambitions into practical services that improve outcomes for patients and communities.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence service development at a time of significant change across the NHS. You will help secure new contracts, build strong partnerships, support workforce development and ensure that services are sustainable, financially viable and operationally deliverable., You will lead the identification and development of new business, contract and service opportunities for the Federation and local PCNs, helping primary care respond to changing NHS priorities and neighbourhood-based models of care.

Working closely with PCN leaders, practices and system partners, you will support the design and mobilisation of services that are clinically effective, financially sustainable and operationally practical. You will bring together contractual, workforce, governance, information governance, performance and financial considerations to support successful delivery. The role will involve building strong relationships across the NHS and wider system, influencing without direct authority and ensuring that opportunities, risks and delivery requirements are clearly understood.

You will use data, insight and performance information to support improvement, manage risk and maximise income opportunities. You will also oversee links with workforce development, training and research partners, ensuring these activities support service delivery and create value for practices and PCNs. In addition, you will provide line management to the Head of Training and Research and contribute to the Federation's wider strategic development.,
