Working closely with colleagues across the UK and EMEA, this role sits within the Risk & Compliance function and supports governance, committeeoversightand risk management activities across a wide range of business areas. The successful candidate will playan important rolein ensuring governance processes are effective,reporting is delivered to a highstandardand key risks are appropriately managed and escalated.

You will:

• Coordinate reporting and papers for key UK and EMEA governance committee sand key stakeholders, ensuring information is accurate,clearand delivered on time.

• Support governance forums bymaintainingcommittee records, terms of reference, actiontrackingand audit trails.

• Work closely with Risk & Compliance leaders and business teams to support effective governance and risk management practices.

• Produce high-quality reporting on risk exposure, control effectiveness, emergingrisksand key business developments.

• Support the identification,assessment and documentation of risks,controls and dependencies across the business.

• Provide governance and risk input on business initiatives,project sand regulatory change activities.

• Build strong working relationships across broking, operations, finance,peopleand other functional teams.

• Contribute to the UK People Risk Committee, Conduct Committee and wider Risk & Compliance projects across the UK and EMEA.

This roleprovidesthe opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, including the UK Chief Risk Officer, while gaining exposure to a broad range of business areas across the UK and EMEA.

The position sits at the heart of governance and risk management within a complex international organisation. Working across multiple countries, business units and functional teams, the role offers broad exposure to regulatory governance, committeemanagementand risk management practices within a highly regulated environment.

It is well suited to someone who enjoys building strong relationships, working across a matrixorganisationand partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective governance outcomes. • Experience with in risk, governance, compliance, internal auditor a similar role, ideally gained within insurance, financial services, professional servicesor another FCA-regulated environment.

• Strong understanding of regulatory governance, committee structures, riskframeworksand governance processes within a complex corporate organisation.

• Experience working within a large global organisation, partnering across multiple functions and geographies within a matrix environment.

• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, businessteamsand functional partners across the UK and EMEA.

• Strong communicationandorganisationalskills, including experience preparing governance papers, committeereportingand management information, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
