Working directly alongside the Head of the Family Office, you will provide high-level operational support across major private projects in London and internationally.

The Principal is an avid petrol head with an exceptional, expanding collection of rare, high-value, and track-focused machinery. This is not a passive display collection. These vehicles are driven, maintained, entered into specialist events, and transported across continents.

We need a sharp, operationally robust Private PA who can manage that world with precision, zero hand-holding, and absolute discretion.

• Overseeing the active maintenance schedules, MOTs, and detailing regimens for a multi-million-pound collection of hypercars, supercars, and classic collector vehicles.
• Direct liaison with marque specialists, factory teams, and independent restoration workshops across the UK and mainland Europe.
• Managing complex specialist insurance policies, agreed-value renewals, storage contracts, and provenance documentation where an administrative oversight carries six-figure consequences.
• Coordinating specialist international logistics: managing enclosed transport, ATA carnets, customs clearance, and track-day logistics across Europe and beyond.
• Ensuring every vehicle is taxed, tested, and impeccably presented at all times.

• Partnering closely with the Head of the Family Office to deliver high-priority personal and commercial projects.
• Acting as a reliable operational filter, solving complex problems before they reach the Principal or Head of Office.
• Managing private aviation bookings, specialist accommodation, and precision multi-leg itineraries around motor sport events, rallies, and family travel.
• Overseeing property logistics, specialist contractor appointments, and private expenditure tracking related to the fleet and wider projects.

• Proven experience supporting a UHNW Principal, Single Family Office, or high-profile individual in a dedicated Private PA or operational capacity.
• Demonstrated hands-on fluency in the automotive and high-performance car sphere. You understand vehicle mechanics, workshop workflows, and the difference between standard transport and white-glove enclosed vehicle logistics.
• Exceptional organizational rigor, commercial acumen, and meticulous attention to detail. You spot the small discrepancy in a customs form or workshop invoice instantly.
• Absolute discretion and unflappable composure. You operate with emotional intelligence and thrive in a high-expectation environment where standards are uncompromising.
• Valid UK driving licence with a clean record.
