This role will be based in our modern state-of-the-art co-working facilities in Moorgate, London. This site, at the heart of London provides fantastic amenities, support services and collaborative work spaces with convenient transport links. This is a hybrid position wherein the team assembles at the office once weekly, while working remotely for the remainder of the week, with the possibility of adjustments based on business requirements.

Responsibilities- Support the creation, tracking, and maintenance of regulatory submission plans and milestones across multiple markets, ensuring timely updates and risk escalation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, align timelines, and build strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to support planning activities, while contributing to process improvement initiatives within the regional function.
- Develop a foundational understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, Regulatory Operations, and the organisation’s products and disease areas through hands-on experience.
- Engage in stretch assignments and cross-functional projects to enhance personal development, build confidence, and expand professional networks.
- You must be currently studying at a UK university and will be looking to complete a 12-month student internship as part of your undergraduate degree.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare sciences and a keen interest in regulatory affairs, regulatory operations, and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
